1) CARBON STEEL TANKS FOR LIQUIFIABLE GASES.
We make these tanks for capacities ranging from 5000 LITRES to 102000 liters for LPG, PROPANE, PROPYLENE AND AMMONIA.
A very large number of Ethylene Oxide tanks were also made by us, which were a specialized tank class, and the internal wall was metalized with molten Aluminum. and were clad with glass wool and aluminum sheathing.
Steel thicknesses are from 8mm to 32mm, and pressures upto 35 kg.
2) MILD STEEL TANKS FOR FUELS
These tanks are non pressurized and are made for carriage of Petrol, Diesel, Low Sulphur Heavy Stock, Kerosene, Aviation fuel, Naptha, Hexane, Propylene Glycol, Toluene & Bitumen. These tanks are made from mild steel plates and are upto 5mm.thick.
3) STAINLESS STEEL TANKS FOR FUELS AND OTHER LIQUIDS
We use Stainless 304 and 310 in thicknesses of 8mm and 10 mm, for tanks carrying Methyl Ethyl Glycol, Ethylene Oxide, Phosphorous Oxide, Hydrogen Peroxide TDI and MDI, Purified Teraphtalic Acid, and all different types of acids. Pressures range from 1kg. to 12kg.
